ABOUT US

 Our business was started about 22 years ago and has been producing quality components and providing a good all round service for businesses in the area. We provide the following services:

 

WELDING
Mig – Aluminium and Mild Steel.  
Tig – Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Mild Steel.
Stick welding in house or on site welding with generator up to 200 amps.

MILLING
X 2 Bridgeports with 220mm x 230mm bed producing 1 offs and batch work.

DRILLING
X 1 Bench Drill and x 1 Pillar Drill with drilling capacity up to 32mm diameter.

SAWING MACHINE
Band Saw with automatic feed with sawing capacity of 300mm diameter.

LATHE MACHINES
Manual Colchester Students, holds up to 300mm diameter and the bed  length is 900mm long.

SLOTTING MACHINE
Rothley Machine for internal Key ways will cut up to 6” deep.

 

I also provide a delivery service free of charge in 20 mile radius.
